Food is messy and can hardly be eaten. Took almost 45 minutes to get 2 burger meals just for the condiments to be all over the outside of the bun and the burgers to be burnt to charcoal. The fries were barely cooked.
Waited inside 25 minutes for a dipped cone and a blizzard. Checked on it after 15 min. and they said they were working on it? Took 10 more minutes. They were also out of the featured flavor. Girl at the register was apologetic and friendly. Ice cream was fine once we got it.
Possibly the worst experience my family has had at a DQ. Came on a Sunday while Biking through. Long line at drive through. Inside no one took an order for at least ten to fifteen minutes. Then we waited a good ten to fifteen before ice cream was served and a full half hour for the food that we ordered and some of the items were wrong. We wasted a good hour there at least. The bathroom was dirty and flies flying through the restaurant. We should have just left but my kids were hungry and there were few food options nearby on bikes.
We went for dinner and decided to have dessert for dinner. I wanted a banana split with all vanilla ice cream and strawberry topping. I was told they were out of strawberries. My friend wanted onion rings and told they were out. I found them very disorganized and lacking Management. They were hiring and said they needed mangers. They definitely need help.
Only have had experience with the drive-through, but it has always been fast and my order has not been messed up even once. No more than a 5 minute wait at the window, even at noon on a weekday.
