I stopped by this site for other purposes and noticed there were only 2 reviews, neither of which reflected my experience. Particularly at the branch offices, we have experienced very few long waits. Actually, today we were a few minutes early and no sooner seated than they were ready. They now have WiFi access available in their offices that are easy to connect to, so Usually, have my tablet with me, in case there would be a delay, but there has never been time to do anything useful.
I waited an hour and a half once too, but it turned out they placed my file in the wrong spot, and it kept getting skipped for the next person in. They apologized and moved me through very quickly after that. Every other time I've gone, everything is quick, and I'm out in no time. Very friendly and helpful nurses. You do have to be ready to wait at any "walk-in" doctors office, especially when they ALSO take appointments like OSMC. Very nice and clean facility.
Great doctors, great care
After one and one half hours and still not in to see the doctor just to take out four stitches what a waste of time.
