His availability, communication, professionalism, rates and compassion was as good as as we have ever experienced. I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking the best of family medical care. We would still be in his care had we not chosen to move to Florida. We are grateful for both his and his staff's excellent services.
My children and I have been patients for years. I have decided to find a new doctor. I went in a week ago to see what vaccines my daughter still needs to start middle school. They told me they would call me, but haven't heard anything from them. Also, when my oldest son was a born, it took me 6 months to convince them that something was wrong with his stomach. They kept telling me it was acid reflex. After 6 months of fighting this, my son ended up at Riley's hospital for two surgeries. I'm over fighting and waiting on this place. But they are quick to have their hand out for payment, when they don't really help with what is wrong. Having a doctor that doesn't listen is a horrible feeling.
Dr. Patel is fantastic. Was a patient of his for 7 years until I moved out of state. I would have given a "5" rating but other than Pamela ( who is great!) the current office staff leaves a little to be desired.
