This was the first experience with Cardinal and maybe I just got lucky. This was a day trip from Saint Joseph Michigan to Cedar point. The bus broke down on the way there it broke a belt so we were late arriving. The wifi on the bus was broken and the driver said they would get it fixed for the return trip. We were all supposed to be back at the bus by 8:30 for a 9:00 p.m. departure. They waited until after 10 p.m. for one person that did not return. I think they should have left and let the one person that was holding up 50 find their own way home. Again on the way home the bus broke down, and there still was no wifi. This time they ran out of transmission fluid. We did not arrive back until 3:00 a.m. when we were supposed to be back by midnight. I would be hesitant to take them again.
