Customer service isn't great. I called just to get a price on a tent for outdoor event and nobody could tell me apparently only one person can answer that. I was told i would get a call 3 days later NO THANK YOU i just needed a price.
I cannot thank Lisa at Grand Rental enough for such a great experience! Lisa was so willing to help and had so much knowledge and patience. Our daughter's wedding was made perfect due to the assistance we received from Lisa. THANK YOU! I would highly recommend Grand Rental to anyone who needs items for a wedding. There was an issue with the tent and someone came right away to deal with it.
