When I tried to switch my appointment time because of conflicts with my work schedule, the receptionist informed me they would need to push it out 2 months. When I told her that unfortunately I would have to find a different orthodontist, she hung up on me. Highly unprofessional.
I went here because my permanent retainer glue had disconnected from the wire. The orthodontist was rude, rushed and impatient. He reglued it on,I told him it felt uncomfortable because it was sticking out while the other places my retainer had been glued in were flat. It has been less than a year and it is already broken off. The other parts of my retainer have been glued in for over 10 years. Horrible service!
We love this office! All 3 of my kids have been to see Dr Rick. My oldest had braces and gets A LOT of compliments on her smile. My 2 younger kids haven't started with braces yet, but we go to the office for observation appointments. The orthodontist is friendly, and takes time to explain what is going on with their teeth in detail. And my kids always look forward to seeing the cute office dog!
Dr. Rick and his staff are awesome! We take all of our kids there for their orthodontia needs. His staff takes the time with each one of my kids whenever we come in and explains the procedure, and goes over what they need to do for each appointment. My oldest is special needs, and needed extra attention when putting on his braces, and the staff and Dr. Rick were all attentive and took the time and patience with him. You can't go wrong by taking your kids to him.
