Pretty terrible expierence with this manufacturer. Ordered a brand new 2018 33bh at the end of July 2017. Dealership told us it would be 8 to 10 weeks before it was in. We were then contacted by the manfacturer 12 weeks later stating they were redesigning parts of the trailer and were waiting on the engineer to complete the blue prints. We reached out to the dealer the middle of December. The had Shasta contact us and a Shasta rep informed us they were discontinuing the model we ordered. They advised the decision was made early December. 4.5 months waiting on this unit before they decided to tell us they were not going to continue making it but the unit is still advertised for sale on their web site a month after deciding to discontinue it.

We are very disappointed in our brand new 2017 Shasta Flyte. We have had it two weeks, used it twice and have had to take it back to the dealer for repairs both times! Furnace did not work, dealer replaced the thermostat and now it only works when you set it at the LOWEST temp, if you turn it up, it shuts off. The water pump will not purge the air from the lines and the dead bolt on the door didn't work until the dealer fixed it. Thank goodness for a reliable dealer!!
